This was the view I had this morning when one of the dogs woke me up to go outside just before 6am. I had to grab the camera. I have so many sunrise and sunset photos but I never get tired of them. There is always something unique about each one I see. The unique piece today is that I saw the bird flying in my direction and swooping down toward the water, I tried to capture the reflective flight as he went by. On the back of the camera I didn't think I got it but when I uploaded to the computer - I got it! It makes me feel inspired about life in general to see how nature cares for itself. Everything happens in it's own time just as it is suppose to. A lesson I need to draw near to my heart as I am creating which dreams my future holds.
It has been a couple weeks since my inaugural blog post. As with everyone else, there are not enough hours in the day even if I didn't have to sleep. I have spent a lot of time pondering the things that we learn and talk about in the Flying Lessons e-course I am taking. I have met new friends, learned to look at making a creative biz in new ways and have been quite overwhelmed at times. I need to remember to take a deep breath and enjoy moments like the one above. That is when the creative spirit touches me the most, in those quiet times. I have made a new goal to look for at least one of those moments each day. Even during the week when life seems hectic and frazzled, at home and at work.
Now I have some silver out and am ready to work on a piece I have been planning for a while.
Enjoy your Sunday and take some time to reflect on your life's flight!
